Design Thinking is a creative process, a methodology, used as an approach for innovation. It focuses on human needs and behaviors to translate observations into insights and insights into improved products, services, and systems.
The Design Thinking process works within five phases or steps: Empathy, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. It is an iterative process, which can be used repeatedly for short-term or long-term innovations. Once you understand and experience the Design Thinking process you will begin to understand it as a new way of thinking.
